BPS COMM HELP, a mobile application (Apps) to ensure maximum safety and security of those living in the Penang State and belong to Badan Peronda Sukarela (BPS) from Penang State BPS.Comm.Help also a safety app that empowers you against acts of violence, and helps summon aid in case of an emergency. The application is meant to provide quick responses by sending out alerts through text messages to the users’ listed contacts, BPS and in future, to emergency responders such as the police and fire and rescue department.
